We've observed no further issues. In total, intermittent service interruptions on the APIs were observed between 4:19 PM and 4:21 PM CDT. The web control panels experienced intermittent high latency through 4:45 PM CDT.

Services have resumed full operation. API services were impacted for a couple minutes while web control panels remained sluggish for a bit longer. Engineers continue to monitor.
