Card-present transactions recovered at 10:59 UTC after an upstream network connectivity issue. All gateway traffic was impacted 10:42–10:46 UTC; card-present transactions 10:42–10:59 UTC. We are monitoring for stability.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an upstream network connectivity issue causing card-present transaction failures. All gateway traffic was impacted between 10:42 and 10:46 UTC. Card-not-present processing has recovered, while card-present transactions remain affected.
