Identified
We have identified the source of the delays affecting 3D Secure transactions. The slowness is occurring with an external service used during 3D Secure authentication. We have escalated the issue to that partner. While this continues, some 3D Secure transactions may take longer than usual to complete, and a small number may time out or fail.
We are monitoring closely and will post another update as soon as we have more information.
