We are seeing stability. This issue is now resolved.

Monitoring

We have applied a fix, and the merchant control panel is recovering. Some merchants may have been logged out and may need to log in again. API transaction processing has also stabilized. We are monitoring closely and will post another update once service is fully restored.

We have identified a possible service incident that may have impacted one or more functions of the Gateway for a brief moment. Some customers may have experienced service issues as a result. Our engineers are monitoring the current issues.
